Farmer’s Ham 1300g

Farmhouse Ham is made from a whole fricandeau joint with rind and a streak of fat. The whole joints is salted, hot-smoked and boiled. Farmhouse Ham is not pressed. The rind is removed just before packaging, so that the full flavour is preserved.
